If you want to request an invoice, you must let us know by sending us an email to userexperience@kerriman.com, including your order number so that we can easily locate it and issue the corresponding invoice.
What nonsense is that? Of course! If you need to change your kerriman, you have 14 business days to make the change. We need you to access our Changes section and complete all the information we request. You follow the instructions and as soon as possible we will confirm the change with the final steps to be carried out by you.
If for any strange reason you must cancel your order once the purchase has been made and confirmed, write to us at userexperience@kerriman.com and we will proceed to cancel your order and reimburse you within 5 days.
The costs derived from the return, that is to say the commissions of the financial operators, are borne by the client, that is, they will be deducted in the return.
All shipments within the Spanish Peninsula are completely free. Although the shipment is assumed by us, those shipments that are destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries inside and outside the European Union may be subject to customs payments and transport costs. These taxes vary and are required by local authorities, we cannot know their amount, so they will be your responsibility. If your Kerrimans are destined for Spain Peninsula, you will receive your Kerrimans between 48 and 72 hours. You have to keep in mind that the transport company does not ship on weekends. If your Kerrimans are destined Balearic Islands: the delivery period will be 3 to 5 days. If your Kerrimans are destined for a EU country: the delivery time will be 5-7 days. If your Kerrimans have like destination a country outside the EU: the delivery time will be 7-14 days.
When purchasing any product at kerriman.com, you will have a period of 14 days from the time we deliver the product to you to return or exchange it without giving any explanation. On the other hand, in addition to the 14 days to return the product and in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, we will respond manufacturing defects that appear within a period of two years from the delivery of the order.
